Should a BulletProof Hitch experience any such issues, customers may contact BulletProof Hitches, and the company will promptly repair or replace it at no cost.

Additionally, BulletProof Hitches recognizes the importance of maintaining the appearance of its products. For that reason, the company provides a 1-Year Cosmetic Warranty specifically covering the powder coat finish. If the finish exhibits any defects or cosmetic flaws within the first year of purchase, BulletProof Hitches will address the issue accordingly. Please note that 2" and 2-5/16" balls are excluded from this warranty due to their metal-on-metal contact with trailer couplers.
