ICON VEHICLE DYNAMICS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
ICON Vehicle Dynamics warrants to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. ICON Vehicle Dynamics does not warrant the product for finish, alterations, modifications and/or installation contrary to ICON Vehicle Dynamics instructions. ICON Vehicle Dynamics products are not designed, nor are they intended to be installed on vehicles used in race applications, for racing purposes or for similar activities. (A “race” is defined as any contest between two or more vehicles, or a contest of one or more vehicles against the clock, whether or not such contest is for a prize). This warranty does not include coverage for police or taxi vehicles, race vehicles, or vehicles used for government or commercial purposes. Also excluded from this warranty are sales outside of the United States of America and Canada.
ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ discretion, of the defective product. Any and all costs of removal, installation or re-installation, freight charges and incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty. Items that are subject to wear are not considered defective when worn and are not covered.
ICON Vehicle Dynamics components must be installed as a complete kit as shown in our current application guide. Any substitutions or exemptions of required components will immediately void the warranty. Some finish damage may happen to parts during shipping and is not covered under warranty.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been improperly installed, modified or customized subject to accident, negligence, abuse or misuse.
ICON VEHICLE DYNAMICS SHOCK ABSORBER WARRANTY
ICON shock absorbers have a 1 year warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. If a shock fails within the initial year of ownership, the shock must be shipped to ICON Vehicle Dynamics for inspection and service. If a shock is inspected and it has been determined the shock failed due to neglect, damage caused by improper installation or any other reason besides “normal wear and tear”, the owner of said shock is responsible for all service costs. This includes labor, parts, and shipping.

ICON VEHICLE DYNAMICS DELTA JOINT WARRANTY
ICON Vehicle Dynamics (IVD) warrants that each new ICON Delta Joint purchased from an authorized dealer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The Warranty Period is five years from the date of purchase noted on the receipt during Warranty Registration (www.iconvehicledynamics.com/deltajointreg). During the Warranty Period, any defective Delta Joint will be replaced if and only if the warranty registration was filled out within 30 days of purchase. This warranty covers defects that IVD determines are no fault of the user and does not apply to normal wear and tear. Any combination of parts that do not constitute an IVD suspension system voids any warranty.
IVD warrants to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle on which the Delta Joint was originally installed. This warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the vehicle on which the Delta Joint is installed. IVD does not warrant the product for finish, alterations, modifications, abused, damaged due to accidents, and/or installation contrary to IVD instructions.

This warranty does not apply to any Delta Joint used with a non IVD suspension system. IVD will not cover an unregistered Delta Joint.

ICON ALLOYS LIMITED WARRANTY
ICON ALLOYS warrants to the original retail purchaser (consumer) that its ICON Wheels will be free from structural failure, under normal and intended use, for as long as the original retail purchaser (consumer) owns the product.
ICON ALLOYS warrants to the original retail purchaser (consumer) that its ICON Wheels will be free from chrome finish defects for a period of one year and painted finish defects for two years from original date of purchase.
ICON ALLOYS agrees to repair or replace, at ICON ALLOYS sole discretion, without charge, any ICON wheel which is returned to the dealer from whom the wheel was originally purchased or at the original retail purchaser’s expense to ICON ALLOYS, 7929 Lincoln Ave Riverside CA 92504 (freight prepaid) and which, after examination, shows that said product has failed in normal use due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Such repair or replacement shall not include removal or installation expense. This express warranty is not applicable to any ICON wheel that have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals, and/or adverse weather conditions.
Transfer of title of ICON ALLOYS products by the original retail purchaser (consumer) voids the warranty.
ICON ALLOYS hereby disclaims all other express warranties. ICON ALLOYS hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and use for a particular purpose to the extent the law of the state of sale and federal law allows.
WARNING: To avoid possible risk of injury or death, wheel and tire must meet or exceed proper vehicle load rating. Warranty claims must be processed through the original dealer or distributor that the wheels were purchased from. The Warranty is Void if:
- The product is damaged in transit or misuse, accident or negligence, or has been repaired or altered by anyone other than ICON ALLOYS.
- The product is used in conjunction with any hardware, adapters, etc., other than those supplied by ICON ALLOYS.
- The product has had any repairs, modifications, or changes made by anyone other than ICON ALLOYS.
- Products that have been subjected to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, caustic cleaning chemicals, harsh car washes, adverse weather conditions and/or improper product care.
- Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification, or upon transfer of title on any products by the original purchaser.
ICON VEHICLE DYNAMICS LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
ICON does not make any representations or warranties regarding the fitness of any ICON product for a particular installation or conformance of any ICON product with a particular vehicle application. Installation of any ICON suspension system is at the sole discretion of the end user and in making a purchase of any ICON suspension system, the purchaser assumes the responsibility and liability for any and all damage or injury, of any kind or nature whatsoever, caused by, resulting from, arising out of, or occurring in connection with the use or installation of any ICON suspension system. ICON is not liable for and specifically disavows any installation that is not in conformance with original equipment manufacturer's recommendations or instructions. Purchaser agrees that in the event of any claim or lawsuit arising out of the installation or use of an ICON suspension system, purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless ICON, its agents, employees, officers and owners from and against any and all loss, expense, damage or injury that ICON may sustain as the result of such claim. [ICON defers to and recommends recalibration after suspension installation on 2018 model Toyota vehicles and other manufacturers who make any similar recommendations.]
