Product details
The BulletProof Medium Duty Receiver Shackle is the perfect recovery solution for your Jeep or Side-by-Side; ideal for the times you need to attach a rope, strap or a chain. Rated for a maximum weight capacity of 14,000 lbs., with a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 7T, which is clearly stamped on the shackle to meet all DOT requirements.
This shackle features a rugged 3/4" D-ring shackle that is secured to the solid steel shank by a 7/8" threaded pin. The shank features four different pin holes allowing the shackle to be mounted in either the horizontal or the vertical orientation without sacrificing strength or capacity.
The shackle can be quickly removed by unthreading the pin, making it easy to securely attach the loop of a strap or rope when needed. For optimal performance, we suggest pairing it with either a BulletProof Medium Duty Tow Strap or a BulletProof Light Duty Kinetic Rope.
Finished in our signature black textured powder coat, it comes with one corrosion resistant 5/8" pin and R-clip to secure it into the receiver tube. For added security, we recommend using a BulletProof Locking Pin to keep your receiver shackle secured onto your vehicle.
