The most important but also most overlooked connection when towing is the safety chains. Many times, the factory length safety chains are not long enough to connect your trailer to your hitch receiver when utilizing a drop hitch. The BulletProof Heavy Duty 3/8" Safety Chains feature an overall length of 38 inches and are rated to a 26,400-pound weight capacity per pair. Made from Grade 70 chain, they feature a durable zinc coating for corrosion and rust resistance. They will allow you to connect the trailer to your vehicles hitch receiver regardless of what size drop hitch you have. *Sold as a pair of 2 chains
