The ICON Vehicle Dynamics presents our comprehensive array of 4.5" Complete Suspension Systems for 2023 Ford F250 & F350. ICON has optimized spring rate, ride height, and valving to the specific needs of the gas and diesel engine versions of these trucks. The Systems are arranged in 9 Stages with variations for Gas or Diesel Coil Spring or Coilver Conversion, along with two optional upgrades for our Radius Arms and/or rear leaf Expansion Packs, for a total of 78 different system configurations to meet virtually any budget or performance goal.

ICON SUSPENSION SYSTEM STAGES

Stage 1 through 8 Suspension Systems for Ford Super Duty feature upgraded, ICON-engineered dual rate front coil springs to provide 4.5 inches of front end lift height and superior performance over stock, without using coil spring spacers (Stage 9 is only available in Coilover Conversion variation). Basic kits include radius arm drop brackets, rear leaf spring blocks, and extended brake lines. Kits are available for either Gas or Diesel-equipped trucks to optimize performance based on the difference in engine weight.

To fully realize the suspension performance potential of these trucks, ICON Coilover Conversion Systems delete the stock coil spring and shock configuration in favor of ICON 2.5 VS Series Coilovers to achieve better travel, damping, and suspension system packaging.

4-LINK FRONT SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Stages 6 and up are available with ICON's 4-Link Front Suspension System, including our heavy-duty 4-link bracket kit along with upper and lower links with on-the-vehicle adjustability.

Stages 3 and up of our Ford Super Duty Suspension System Stages are available with our Radius Arm Kit upgrade. ICON radius arms are engineered to improve front axle alignment and allow bind-free travel and superior articulation.

UPGRADE: EXPANSION PACK SYSTEMS

ICON's FSD Expansion Pack is a desirable upgrade to any of the Stages. This kit modifies the stock rear leaf springs to provide suspension height without lift blocks, and with superior rear suspension performance.

Stage 1 Suspension Systems

ICON Complete Suspension Systems for Ford Super Duty begin at Stage 1, featuring ICON Dual Stage Front Coil Springs and 2.0 Series Shock Absorbers (or 2.5VS Coilovers on Coilover Conversion Systems). Rear shocks are ICON 2.0 Series Internal Reservoir Shocks. This basic kit provides 4.5" of front-end lift while improving ride and handling over stock.

STAGE 2 SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Stage 2 builds on Stage 1 by adding remote shock reservoirs to the front and rear shocks. The remote reservoirs add fluid capacity for increased heat dissipation. Stage 2 also adds ICON's Dual Steering Stabilizer Kit.

STAGE 3 SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Stage 3 steps up to ICON's 2.5 VS front shocks (for coil spring kit variants) and 2.5 VS rear shocks. Stage 3 also begins availability for ICON's Radius Arm conversion systems, which provide enhanced axle control and better ground clearance than drop brackets.

STAGE 4 SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Stage 4 adds Remote Reservoirs to the front and rear 2.5 VS shocks (or coilovers) on all Stage variants. The big 2.5" diameter reservoirs significantly increase fluid volume to maximize heat dissipation and prolong damping performance over long sections of rough terrain. Stage 4 also adds ICON's Adjustable Track Bar kit for proper centering of the front axle.

STAGE 5 SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Stage 5 provides customization of suspension performance with the addition of ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve system on all four shocks. CDCV provides ten levels of manually adjustable compression damping to optimize performance for any on- or off-road conditions. Stage 5 also upgrades steering performance with ICON's Centerline Steering Stabilizer kit.

STAGE 6 SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Stage 6 introduces ICON's Front 4-Link Suspension system for ultimate axle control and suspension performance (Radius Arm variants not available for Stage 6). Stage 6 also includes ICON 2.5 VS Series front and rear shocks with remote reservoirs, and ICON's dual opposing steering stabilizer system.

STAGE 7 SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Stage 7 builds on Stage 6 with CDCV adjustable valving and adds a secondary 2.5 VS Front Shock with Remote Reservoir, for even more damping performance, fluid capacity and heat dissipation. Unlike Stage 6, Stage 7 is available in both coil spring and coilover conversion variations.

STAGE 8 SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Stage 8 utilizes ICON's proprietary Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology powered by ICON Intelligent Control (ICC). This system provides full electronic adjustability for ride quality as well as reactive, intelligent adjustment on-the-fly as the system reacts to inertia, terrain, and speed in microseconds. Standard Stage 8 comes with our 4-link Front Suspension system. Radius Arm kit, Coilover conversion, and Rear Leaf Expansion Pack are all optional, making Stage 8 completely configurable to your truck's individual needs.

STAGE 9 SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

Stage 9 takes our top suspension system one step further with an additional pair of 2.5 VS CDEV secondary shocks in the front. The result is the pinnacle in long-haul suspension performance with double the front damping performance, fluid capacity, and heat dissipation, all utilizing the on-the-fly adjustability of ICON's proprietary CDEV system. As this system represents the ultimate in Super Duty suspension performance, Stage 9 is only available in our Coilover Conversion variations.
