NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT ICON Triple Rate rear coil springs for 2021-2024 Ford F-150 Raptor provide a modest increase in ground clearance while greatly enhancing on- and off-road performance, especially when used with ICON shocks and suspension components. The triple-rate coil design combines a performance ride rate for compliance and comfort, with an overload rate for load and bottom out resistance, and an extra soft initial rate for maximum droop travel. A unique tapered wire design helps achieve maximum travel and efficiency and an extra-long free height ensures the coils stay seated in their coil buckets for up to 17” of droop travel. In addition, these springs are also designed to net 1" of rear lift on a stock weight Gen3 Raptor for a more aggressive stance and increased fender clearance for larger wheels and tires. "Overland" version (p/n 95231) offers the same lift and performance with an additional constant load of 300 lbs in the rear of the truck to accommodate extra gear. NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT 2017-24 Ford F450/F550 Centerline Through-Shaft Steering Stabilizer The ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer features a through-shaft design to eliminate the push/pull sensation associated with traditional steering stabilizers, resulting in more consistent damping and symmetrical steering feel throughout the input range. The large 2.5-inch diameter stabilizer body and piggyback reservoir increases fluid volume to prevent performance fade due to heat and cavitation. This unit provides a significant increase in steering damping compared to the stock equipment, for an improved driving experience with both stock size and oversize aftermarket wheels and tires. The kit also allows for increased steering travel compared to other aftermarket steering stabilizers. The stabilizer body shares components with ICON's proven 2.5 Series shock absorbers, meaning the unit is fully rebuildable. 2.5 Series features a 6061 hard anodized aluminum shock body for excellent corrosion resistance and a beefy 7/8” chrome-plated induction-hardened steel shaft. FK Rod End bearings provide precise function & feel throughout steering range. New from Carli: 3rd Gen Ram Leaf Spring Shackle Release!

You asked, we answered! The Ram shackles will now be compatible with 2003-2012 Rams and the 2013+ 3500. See the below article for details! Discontinued PN: CS-DSHACKLE-13 New PN: CS-DSHACKLE-0313 Leaf Spring Shackles… What could be less exciting than the mechanism hidden beneath your bedside that allows your leaf spring to lengthen and shorten through the suspension cycle? Although it won’t likely rank on Motor-trend’s top-10 sexiest truck upgrades of 2024, swapping the factory shackle for our fabricated alternative boasts a marked improvement in strength and ride quality. We’ve been selling the Ram Shackles for the 13+ for a while. These were so well received by the 5th Gens, we had 3rd & 4th gen guys clamoring for them! We slightly altered the design to ensure they’d cycle on both platforms. NOTE: These are NOT a “lift or lowering” shackle. They’re stock geometry; thus do not alter the height of your Ram. Their purpose is serviceability, strength and ride quality. We do not recommend shackles to alter the height as there are downstream effects on pinion angle. The 2003-13 Ram 2500 & 2003-12 Ram 3500 run a “Compression” shackle orientation. This orientation connects the shackle to a frame mount above the leaf spring mount. Additionally, the compression-style 3rd/4th gen utilizes a smaller 16mm bolt for the frame mount. We provide 16mm crush sleeves for this application. The 2013+ Ram 3500 runs a “Tension” style leaf spring shackle. This mounts the leaf spring above the frame pivot of the shackle. The tension-style trucks use an 18mm shackle bolt; these sleeves are also provided with the shackle kit. As these are the same shackles in different orientations, we decided to sell them as a single product configurable to either generation. We include a (2) set of logo plates, one to match each orientation, and provide the customer with rivets to secure the proper logo. Additionally, we provide a set of 16mm crush sleeves for the earlier trucks and 18m for the 13+.
