4th Gen Ram Carli-SPEC Backcountry & 24 Model Year Fitment Updates
4th Gen Ram - Carli SPEC The 4th Gen Carli-SPEC shocks are now shipping! If you’re not familiar with our “Carli-SPEC” shocks, you can study-up HERE. The 2010-12 will use the same shocks as the 2003-09. CS-D3SPKG-CS20RR-D 2003-13 Ram 2500 & 2003-12 Ram 3500 Backcountry Shock Package, Diesel Valving, Reservoir Mounts, and Limit Straps Dodge Backcountry System, Diesel, 2010-13 2024 Model Year Fitment Updates RAM: We’ve updated all fitments in the below price sheet to reflect the 24MY fitments. Ram 1500 and 2500 are good to go! All products carry over. Super Duty 5.5”: The 5.5” kits carry over as do all components. Super Duty 3.5”: The ONLY component that does not work is the 2° caster shim. Ford implemented an axle tube debris-shield that will contact the inner axle tube with any caster correction shim over 1°. These shims are included in the 3.5” systems for the 20-23 trucks rendering them incompatible with the 24 Model Year. **THE EXCEPTION** - Customers can achieve proper caster by ordering a 2020-23 compatible 3.5” System sans 2° caster shims if installing the Carli Fabricated Radius Arms on their 2024. As the arms are caster-adjustable, the truck will achieve proper caster without any need to “shim” the ball joint. Our solution for those that do not wish to purchase the Carli Arms: We’re working on a radius arm drop for the leveling height; more to come on these shortly!

We had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hannah Straight in blueprinting a custom suspension system to support her 2023 Ford Super Duty equipped with a Four Wheel Campers - Grandby. Hannah’s rig is now equipped with: 3.5” Pintop System custom tuned to the installed XHD Deaver Leaf Springs Fabricated Radius Arms High and Low Mount Steering Stabilizers Trophy Hitch As detailed in the video, a ton of work went into making this a worthy travel partner for someone who sees the amount of off-grid miles Hannah does!

2ND GEN Carli-SPEC The 2nd-Gen Commuter and Backcountry Systems are a wrap! These systems are IN-STOCK and now shipping! Shock Packages The 2nd Gen Platform shares shock tuning with the 3rd Gen. Never fear, this does not mean we’ve sacrificed ride quality to minimize the amount of SKU(s) we carry. It means, by some act of God, we put the shocks on to find the ride quality was amazing with the 2nd gen coils and Carli Progressive Leaf Springs! With all the shocks we offer for niche applications, it was a welcomed win and we’re thrilled to offer these shocks as a significant ride improvement to the previously offered Fox IFP (Commuter) and Bilstein R/R (Performance 2.0). Commuter Shock Package CS-D3SPKG-CS20IFP-D This shock package now spans 1994-2012 applications. Backcountry Shock Package CS-D3SPKG-CS20RR-D2 Despite tuning being the same as the 03-12 shocks, the 2nd Gen Backcountry requires its own part number thanks to the included limit straps. The 2nd gen limit straps are different than those included with the 03-12 shock package; thus the 2nd-gen specific part number. 2023-24 Super Duty Leveling Systems - Now including Radius Arm Drop Brackets
2023-24 SUPER DUTY SYSTEMS We recently released an Article on the importance of the Radius Arm Drop brackets pertaining to the 2024 Super Duty’s light caster spec and inability to run sufficiently corrective caster shims. The 2023 platform suffers similar issues and, even with Carli Radius Arms adjusted to the max-caster setting, they struggle to achieve proper caster. CS-FRAD-LVL-23 We’ve created “Base Kit” part numbers that will serve the 2023-24 Super Duties. These systems will include our new Radius Arm Drop Brackets and 1° Caster correction shims to ensure customers receive a kit that will, at minimum, spec to the high-caster range recommended by Ford. 2014+ Ram 2500 HEMI Carli-SPEC - Now Available!
2014-24 RAM 2500 HEMI We’ve completed the testing/tuning for the 14+ Ram 2500 Hemi. The 3” Commuter and Backcountry Systems are now available for preorder. We’re anticipating these systems to begin shipping in the next 6-8 weeks. Power Wagon The Power Wagon Systems will be released within the next few weeks. Given the rear travel of our 3” Systems, we’ve designed a skid-plate drop to ensure sufficient relocation of the under-belly skid providing clearance for the rear driveshaft while adequately supporting the skid for impact.
