ICON Impact products follow our design philosophy of high clearance, high strength and attention to detail. The Trail Series Front Bumper is perfect for those who want to add a rugged, all steel, high clearance off-road bumper to their Bronco but do not need to run a winch. Designed for the ultimate in off-road form and function, Trail Series features a multi-faceted, high-clearance design that sneaks past the tightest rocks. Tapered ends protect the Bronco's lower grille corners while allowing the front tires maximum access to grip and pull the vehicle over steep obstacles. If you do manage to get yourself into a tight spot, recovery is aided by a pair of extreme duty recovery shackle tabs, CNC machined from beefy 1" thick plate steel. The bumper comes with provisions to retain the Bronco's parking sensors (caps are provided for Broncos without sensors). A removable aluminum mesh panel promotes airflow through the Bronco's intercooler. The bumper is fabricated from CNC laser cut, precision brake-formed 3/16 plate steel. The bumper looks as great as it performs, with a durable, semi-gloss black powder coat finish. The 2021-up Ford Bronco has quickly become the hottest off-road vehicle around, and ICON Vehicle Dynamics has been at the forefront of engineering suspension systems and components to squeeze every ounce of performance out of this exciting platform. Now, ICON rounds out it's full line of complete Suspension System "Stages" with the addition of entry level suspension performance packages featuring the popular new 2.5 EXP coilover shock. EXP Series shock absorbers combine the performance of a fully rebuildable 2.5-inch diameter premium shock with the convenience and cost-benefits of re-using the Bronco’s factory coil spring and other components. EXP bridges the gap between spacer lifts and threaded bodied coilovers, providing suspension lift, custom-tuned performance and maximum travel, all in an economical package. Stage 1 and Stage 2 ICON Suspension Systems for 2021-up For Bronco feature the 2.5 EXP shock. Stage 1 includes EXP's for all four corners of the vehicle, in a simple kit that is suitable for vehicle owners staying at the lower end of the EXP shock's height adjustability. Stage 2 adds either billet or tubular Upper Control Arms, which are key for maintaining proper front end alignment on Broncos where the EXP shocks' taller lift height selection is used. RANDYS Worldwide introduces Dynatrac EnduroSport suspension lift kits for Jeep JK/JL Wranglers and JT Gladiators. These dynamic kits deliver the bold off-road looks and capability you want without negatively affecting handling and ride comfort. Based on shock diameter, the EnduroSport 2.0 Suspension features 2-inch diameter shocks and the EnduroSport 2.5 Suspension features 2.5-inch diameter shocks. The suspension system produces two inches of lift and easily accommodates 35-inch tires on Sport or Sahara models, and 37-inch tires on Rubicon models or other models equipped with high fender flares. The centerpieces of the kit are the Dynatrac coil springs and EnduroSport aluminum-body shocks. Dynatrac Dual Rate Coil Springs allow for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance. It’s a win-win for you and your Jeep. EnduroSport 2.0 shocks are a monotube, high-pressure nitrogen design that features a 5/8-inch shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, and 6061-T6 aluminum construction for low weight and the highest possible heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. EnduroSport 2.5 shocks provide the increased fluid capacity and heat dissipation that keeps shock performance from fading under prolonged heavy use. These shocks feature CNC-machined aluminum top cap, rod end, and internals, a one-piece linear/digressive piston design, and a 7/8-inch diameter induction hardened, chrome plated shock shaft. The kit also includes tubular steel front upper and rear lower link arms made from CNC-machined 1026 DOM steel and welded in-house. These arms provide a major improvement over the stock units.
