FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) No.139 Tire Bead Unseat Resistance Test (modified to 10 psi). Results from multiple tests validated the effectiveness of ICON’s InnerLock technology by exceeding the mechanical limits of the machine (over 7600lbs load) without ever de-beading the tire. The all-new HALO Wheel Armor system is intelligently designed with segmented quarters, allowing for convenient and cost-effective replacement of individual segments if they incur damage, such as from rock rash. This unique feature eliminates the need to replace the entire set, providing flexibility and efficiency in maintenance. Moreover, the replacement process is seamless, as HALO segments can be installed or replaced without the necessity of dismounting the tire from the wheel. Crafted from high-grade aluminum, these segments are initially presented in a sleek satin black finish that comes preinstalled on the Recon Pro. 2014-13 Ram 2500 Eventure System - Now Available for Preorder!
The long-awaited 2014-18 Ram E-Venture is now available for Pre-Order! It took some time, but we were able to work with SDI to navigate the challenges. The 14-18 will use the same front and rear shock package as the '19+, but the electronics system will be different. The secondary CAN Bus protocol on the '14-'18 requires a specifically designed Data Harness and ECU Flash; also required is a 14-18 specific A-Pillar Screen Mount. With these alterations, the installation process will be identical to the 19+ but there is more cost involved; thus the retail price will be higher for the 14-18 Electronics and, subsequently, all shock packages and systems in which it is utilized. New ICON Products! 2021-23 Ford F-Series Billet Shackle with 1-in Drop & 2021-23 Ford F150 Suspension Systems with Rear Leaf Packs
ICON Vehicle Dynamics introduces complete Suspension Systems for 2021-23 Ford F150 4WD standard editions (3.5 to 4.5-inch) and Tremor edition (2.5 to 3-inch) featuring our Raptor Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Springs. To make these high-performance rear leaf springs possible in non-Raptor trucks we've developed a set of billet 1" drop shackles, which are included in each of these suspension systems and also available as a stand-alone product. The rest of the components that make up these systems have been previously introduced, so let's take a closer look at the Billet Shackles themselves before moving on to the complete kits. 91001 10-23 FORD F-SERIES BILLET 1" LOWERING SHACKLE KIT Dial in your Ford F150 or F250's rear suspension height for leveling or to match suspension lift components for a lifted, level ride.
