New from ICON: 2024 Lexus GX550 Coilovers & Complete Suspension Systems
ICON is proud to introduce a range of performance suspension components and complete systems for the new 2024 Lexus GX550. Together, these components yield 1.25" to 3" of suspension lift and leveling, to easily fit up to 34" tires* (or larger with some trimming). Performance is built in, with increased suspension travel and improved ride and handling characteristics both on- and off-road. Individual components include 2.5 Vehicle Series front coilovers and rear shocks, billet or tubular upper control arms featuring the incredible Delta Joint Pro, and ICON custom 2" Dual Rate Rear Coil Springs. To assist GX550 owners in building the suspension system to meet their needs we have pre-configured 10 Stages of our Complete Suspension Systems. *For example, you can fit a 285/75/18 or 295/70/18 (34x11.50) tire when installed on an 18x9 wheel with +40mm offset. Featuring the Incredible Delta Joint PRO ICON Upper Control Arms for Lexus GX550 feature the high-performance Delta Joint PRO for unmatched range of motion, strength, and durability. They're also easily serviceable/rebuildable. Delta Joint PRO is featured in both the tubular and billet versions of our UCA, which are available on their own or as part of our Complete Suspension Systems in Stage 2 and up. Given the rear travel of our Suspension Systems, we’ve designed a skid-plate drop to ensure sufficient relocation of the under-belly skid providing clearance for the rear driveshaft while adequately supporting the skid for impact. 4th Gen Ram Carli-SPEC Backcountry & 24 Model Year Fitment Updates!
4th Gen Ram - Carli SPEC The 4th Gen Carli-SPEC shocks are now shipping! If you’re not familiar with our “Carli-SPEC” shocks, You can study-up HERE, or reply to this email with any questions. The 2010-12 will use the same shocks as the 2003-09. CS-D3SPKG-CS20RR-D 2003-13 Ram 2500 & 2003-12 Ram 3500 Backcountry Shock Package, Diesel Valving, Reservoir Mounts, and Limit Straps CS-D3SPKG-CS20RR-D CS-D3-BC-CS-10-D Dodge Backcountry System, Diesel, 2010-13 CS-D3-BC-CS-10-D 2024 Model Year Fitment Updates RAM: We’ve updated all fitments in the below price sheet to reflect the 24MY fitments. Ram 1500 and 2500 are good to go! All products carry over. Super Duty 5.5”: The 5.5” kits carry over as do all components. Super Duty 3.5”: The ONLY component that does not work is the 2° caster shim. Ford implemented an axle tube debris-shield that will contact the inner axle tube with any caster correction shim over 1°. These shims are included in the 3.5” systems for the 20-23 trucks rendering them incompatible with the 24 Model Year. **THE EXCEPTION** - Customers can achieve proper caster by ordering a 2020-23 compatible 3.5” System sans 2° caster shims if installing the Carli Fabricated Radius Arms on their 2024. As the arms are caster-adjustable, the truck will achieve proper caster without any need to “shim” the ball joint. Our solution for those that do no wish to purchase the Carli Arms: We’re working on a radius arm drop for the leveling height; more to come on these shortly!
